THE DRIVER

Adapted from a novel by Garet Garrett, The Driver tells the story of a man who takes the reins of a failing railway and turns it into a success against all odds.  The perfect response to There Will Be Blood, it will have all of its cinematographic beauty, subtle performance, and gripping story but with a view of the entrepreneur as hero.
"WE HOLD THE ROCK"

The story of the 1969-1971 occupation of Alcatraz Island by Indians of All Tribes, Inc. that sparked a new era of Indian and American relations.  Questions of sovereignty and rule of law will be dealt with in this Paul Greengrass style film.
"SCATTERED LIKE DUST AND LEAVES ..."

The tragic tale of one of the earliest cases of ethnic cleansing in the New World.  The Acadians, the perfect example of Europeans living in harmony with the native tribes, refused to take arms for either side in the battles between France and England and were brutally punished for their peace.  Over 14,000 Acadians lost their homes and faced deportation.  The title is taken from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's epic 1847 poem Evangeline, a Tale of Acadie.
TIANANMEN

A film detailing the excruciating events of the June 4, 1989 protest in China against the authoritarianism and economic policies of the Chinese Communist party.
